The Rules
(and other assorted guidelines)
Attitude:
If you wouldn't do it to your best friend, don't do it to the people here. We don't care if you swear, but start making personal attacks and things could get ugly. At the end of the day we're here to have fun and play games, hopefully at the same time. Ethics:
Do not harass other people. Do not try to get people kicked out of the group. (Or any other group or service for that matter.) Leave all administrative decisions to the groups officials. Making sure you're right for Tacit Yare:
Not everybody is cut out for being a member of Tacit Yare. You should be able to speak fluent English, as well as in an adult voice. What we're trying to say is NO SQUEAKERS. We like to foster a more mature environment that children are not conducive too. Exceptions can be made, but generally age 15 and up is the cutoff point. |
Symbol/Colors
We have two ways we show Tacit Yare Spirit. Our Symbol and our Colors. While it not required to do so, we highly recommend that you meet these standards when possible. Colors:

Tacit Yare Stance on Hacking, Modding, and Cracking:
Hacking, Modding, and Cracking are very serious issues within the Gaming Community. Hacking the game to give an advantage in Multiplayer is completely banned and strictly enforced. We honestly do not care if you take your console offline and mod there, but do not do anything that goes up against Microsoft's ToS, or ruin the game for the rest of us. So, do not mod (Aim-bot, speed hack, etc.), use modded controllers that give an in-game advantage, or any other thing that falls within the spirit of these guidelines. Their is no quicker way to get permanently banned than to break this rule.
Rules are very important, so we use them here and on the battlefield to
maintain order, happiness and an urge to frame people for random things.
